1. MORNINGS AT THE MILL

Have a coffee, buy fresh bread and enjoy the country views at your first stop. Driving time to the second stop is 25 minutes.

2. A HIDDEN WATERFALL

This stop takes you on a short hike to a scenic waterfall that is a real hidden gem. Don't forget your cameras! The driving time to the third stop is 10 minutes.

3. A GORGEOUS GORGE

Breathe in the fresh country air as you explore this beautiful gorge. A perfect place for a picnic! The driving time to the final stop is 18 minutes.

4. IN THE JUNGLE

End the day with a short hike in a place that will make you feel like you've been transported to the jungle. If you want to keep exploring, we've also recommended a local brewery to visit for dinner after the hike.

You can start this day trip from any of the following locations or their surroundings. These are the approximate distances to the first stop followed by the round trip distances from the following cities:

This day trip can be done Monday to Saturday from May to October and is ideally done in good weather. The route includes narrow and steep paths that can be slippery and dangerous when wet. On the day you choose to travel, we recommend leaving between 7-8am, so that you have plenty of time to spend at each stop.
